The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has brought new problems for organisations operating across all sectors of society including the third sector.

Many charities, community groups and social enterprises are facing huge increases in demand for their services, whilst also having to adapt the way they deliver them and run their day to day affairs.

At the same time, funding has dried up for many voluntary organisations, with fundraising activities cancelled due to lockdowns, social distancing and other restrictions, and the public facing greater financial uncertainty.
